How to manage genital folliculitis?

Hello doctor,

I took an EllaOne tablet, then it made my period come early, and I was bleeding for ten days using sanitary pads, which then caused some irritation. I then shaved the area, which I should not have done.

Now I have a sore on my genital area. The only people I have been with are my children’s father for ten years. I am just so worried that something has come from my children’s father.

Is this folliculitis? I am sure I had one or two more the other day, but they have gone down. I am so upset and scared about it all. It seems like the pores are inflamed, like contact dermatitis.
