Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 19 years old. I have been experiencing lower back pain for the past three days. Tonight, after dinner, I was feeling extremely full, but now my stomach feels bloated and tight, and my back and sides hurt as well. Could you please explain the issue to me?
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I just read your query and understand your concern.
First, tired back muscles are the main cause of low back pain. I notice that you are also overweight, which may be a factor. Avoid sitting for a long time, utilize back support, and sit upright. Completing one vitamin D level is also recommended. I guess you do not have any menstrual problems or vaginal discharge. Apply Diclofenac locally using gel or spray. Take an X-ray of the lumbar spine's AP (anteroposterior) lateral view if it still does not respond after a week.
The second complaint of bloating is related to gastritis and acidity. Fatty, oily, and spicy foods should be avoided. Take a stroll after eating rather than resting. Instead of eating big meals, eat several little ones. Sleep on a regular schedule and be stress-free. Include lots of fruits and vegetables with green leaves in your diet. Stay clear of alcohol and tobacco.
I would suggest you take a tablet containing Omeprazole and Domperidone 20 or 40 mg one, two, or three times a day before a meal before breakfast once a day for two weeks. You should add syrup aluminum hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide/simethicone two teaspoons three times a day for a week if you are not sufficiently relaxed. You can take a relaxing tablet Dicyclomine 20 mg or Hyoscyamine 10 mg, whenever necessary, up to three times a day, for instant pain relief.
I hope this is helpful.
Please let me know if you still have any questions.
Thank you.
Regards.
