Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

When I wake up early in the morning around 7 o'clock, I feel very nauseous and vomit a lot. When I smell something bad on an empty stomach, I vomit a lot. When I eat hard food such as beans, peas, and meat, my stomach becomes heavy and sometimes it hurts, but sometimes I am fine with the same food. When I eat too much bitter, spicy food or things cooked in oil, I feel my stomach becomes upset, but sometimes I feel better. Sometimes it does not get worse. I feel more uncomfortable when smoking cigarettes and marijuana, and sometimes I also vomit. When I wake up in the morning my mouth tastes bitter.

Note: I have done a lot of treatment and I have taken a lot of medicine, but the treatment did not help me. The doctors tell me that I have H pylori in the stomach. Clarithromycin 500 mg, Amoxicillin 1000 mg, Metronidazole 400 mg, Omeprazole 40 mg, and Antiacids are used for my treatment.

I want you to help me.

What is my real disease?

What medicine should I take?

What food to eat and what food not to eat?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have gastritis. It will increase if you smoke, drink, and eat spicy foods. Medications will give temporary relief. Eat more boiled vegetables and fruits. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily. Avoid carbonated beverages, ice-creams, coffee, and tea.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
