What could cause nausea, vomiting, and bloating, especially in the morning?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been having nausea, vomiting, and bloating for about a week, especially in the morning. Once after vomiting, I am fine, but I do not like to eat anything unless I like the food. My periods are normal; I have no stomach pain and am peeing properly. Kindly diagnose and tell me the solution.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. This might be GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). I suggest you take Levosulpiride or Itopride. I also suggest you:

1. Avoid oily and spicy food.

2. Avoid junk foods.

3. Avoid large meals instead; take frequent small meals.

4. If possible, get done ultrasound abdomen.

I hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.
