Hello doctor,
I have six small pimple-like projections on my right upper back teeth gum area. I tried to squeeze them and saw white pus coming out of them when squeezed.
Last night I also got a sore on my cheek. I do not have pain or any other symptoms. I also wear an Invisalign tray. What could be the reason for this?

It can be due to trauma from the Invisalign appliance that you are using.
1. Can you send a clear photograph of the area to rule out any other possibility?
2. Do you have habits like placing tobacco in your mouth or cheek biting?
