Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query. I understand your concern. Hair fall or hair thinning may be due to multiple factors, including hormonal fluctuations, dietary changes, climate changes, genetic reasons, especially from the maternal side of the family, infections, dandruff, also called seborrheic dermatitis, and scalp psoriasis. Scalp psoriasis may be in the form of sebopsoriasis, a milder and more scattered variety of dry flakes all over the scalp, and plaque psoriasis is when there are round, thick red lesions on the scalp in multiple locations, especially along the hairline and nape of the neck. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below. Apply Logidruf S (salicylic acid and coal tar) scalp solution twice a week while taking a shower. Mix one teaspoon of the solution with three times the amount of water and apply. Massage gently on the scalp for one minute, keep for five minutes and wash it off. Take capsule Omega-3 (nutritional supplement) once daily after food at night for one month. Take capsule Evion (vitamin E) 400 once daily after breakfast for one month. Take the tablet Follihair (multivitamin nutritional supplement) once daily in the afternoon after lunch for one month. Stay hydrated. Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them and take medications with their consent. Kindly provide images for further assessment. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
