I have gone through your reports (attachment removed to protect patient identity) and find that your hemoglobin and iron stores are slightly low as well as low Vitamin D3 levels. I would like you to write your symptoms again in detail and send me an HD picture of the area where you find significant hair loss and I would be better able to suggest the treatment. For treatment I suggest you take capsule Mashyne (Cholecalciferol, Iron, and Folic acid) 60 K once every week for eight weeks and tablet Bizfer XT (elemental Iron, elemental Zinc, Folic acid, etc.) one capsule once a day for one month for the deficiency states.
