I am 25 years old. I am facing severe hair fall issue. My hair becomes very thin and consist dandruff and white flakes. I have used Candid-B lotion, but need some other solution.

I understand your concern.

Please send image and revert back to see the extent of involvement. Do you suffer from scalp itching? I suggest Sebamed anti-dandruff shampoo (Piroctone Olamine) or Salisia KT shampoo (Salicylic acid) twice a week for a month. Tablet Adgain (Biotin) once daily for two months.

I understand your concern.

I suggest Zydip-C lotion (Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone) on the scalp alternate nights for 2 weeks and 8X shampoo (Zinc pyrithione and Cyclopirox) or Sebamed antidandruff shampoo twice a week for a month. This is for your scaly and itchy scalp. As you have male pattern hair loss (attachment removed to protect patient identity), I suggest applying Minokem-F solution. It contains Minoxidil and Finasteride. Apply 0.03 fl oz twice daily on the scalp once itching over the scalp subsides. Use it for four to five months. I also suggest Tablet Adgain once daily for a month.

Do not use oil. Yes, you can use any other shampoo on a daily basis apart from this. Tablet Adgain contains Biotin and there is no mg specific for it. Use Minokem-F after two weeks once itching stops. It will help for regrowth.
