2. In which areas of the head do you feel headaches?

3. What kind of headaches are these? Do you have heaviness, throbbing, bursting, stretching, or any other type of headache?

4. How long does an episode of a headache last (from onset to complete relief without medication)?

5. How frequent are headache episodes? Does it occur daily, or how many times in a week?

6. Do you feel any vomiting or feeling of vomiting, redness in your eyes, watering from the eye, or nasal congestion during a headache?

7. How are your day-to-day moods?

8. How is your sleep?

9. Have you noticed any trigger factors for the headache?
