Is there a chance of pregnancy despite having a heavy flow one month after unprotected sex?

Hi doctor,

I had unprotected sex and got periods the next day only. After that, I did not get my periods in and suddenly next month I got it with the heavy flow which generally happens on the second day of periods that too lasted for that day only. My cycle of periods is generally four days. Can I still be pregnant?
