Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 31-year-old male who does not smoke or drink alcohol. Today, I noticed skin lesions on the side of my stomach. I initially believed it was a spot and scratched it, which caused it to bleed but not hurt. I then noticed it was not a spot. I do have lots of moles and skin tags on my body. I am obese, and my skin rubs together. I always wear a T-shirt and use sunscreen when I venture outside in the sun. IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and a vitamin B12 deficiency are two of my known medical issues. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read the query, and I can understand your concern.

I am very sorry about your medical condition. Regarding your symptoms of skin crusts, I propose you have developed a benign hemangioma. Please do a skin biopsy test and revert with the results. Meanwhile, I suggest the following medications:

  1. Tablet Acetaminophen 500 mg thrice daily after food.

  2. Capsule Piroxicam 40 mg four times daily.

  3. Tablet Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily after food.

  4. Capsule Co-Amoxiclav (Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid) 625 mg twice daily after food.

  5. Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg four times daily after food.

  6. Tablet Acyclovir 800 mg four times daily after food.

Consult a specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication. If your symptoms persist, please follow up.

I hope this will help you.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
