Is a 7-pound weight loss in 2 weeks from HIV after exposure?

Hello doctor,

I had vaginal sex with a sex worker with a condom. Later, I found that the condom covered only 60 % of the penis. After three weeks, I have developed the following symptoms:

1. Sore throat.
2. Penis irritation and tingling.
3. Frequent urination.
4. White tongue.
5. Arm and body weakness.
6. Weight loss of about seven pounds within two weeks.
7. Tingling sensation in the legs.
8. Hot back and lower foot.
9. Body aches, joint pain, hip and thigh pain, and lower stomach pain.
10. Red circular skin rashes.
11. Hemangioma-like structure in the skin, which is permanently present.
12. Pimple-like structure in the skin that comes and goes.
13. Neck discomfort.
14. Pain in the left shoulder.
15. Acute testis pain.
16. Loose stool for a week.

After a month of having those symptoms, some symptoms have gone away. Still, I have body weakness, a white tongue, and permanent spots on my skin. The same symptoms also persist for my wife after two weeks of my symptoms. I have doubts that:

1. Am I infected with HIV?
2. Are my symptoms related to HIV?
3. Does the above tongue image indicate candidiasis or oral hairy leukoplakia?

Actually, after having sex, I never thought of such possible infections. However, after such unique symptoms arose, I suspected that it could be HIV. My wife is also having the same symptoms as mine, and recently, she had a fever for a week despite taking medicine. Somehow, I had contacted that sex worker for a test, and it was found that there were no visible nerves to collect a sample, as she had been injecting drugs for many years.

Later, somehow, the sample was collected and tested for a rapid HIV test within 45 days of exposure, and it was a negative result through OraQuick's advanced rapid test kit in a private laboratory. Is the p24 antigen-antibody test by CMIA the same as the p24 antigen-antibody test by ELISA? Every morning, I had to clean my tongue and had to scrape out white particles. After removing white particles, hairy white patches cannot be scraped out. And its smell is also unusual.

I did p24 antigen-antibody by CMIA in 44 days of exposure and 110 days of exposure, and it came out nonreactive for both antigen and antibody.

1. Is ELISA more reliable than CMIA? As per her narration, one HIV-positive worker has also worked in their group, and she has shared the same needle with her for injecting drugs.
2. Does the fourth-generation p24 antigen-antibody by CMIA have a longer window period than the fourth-generation p24 antigen-antibody ELISA?
3. The above image was taken this morning. The white tongue persists for four months. That spot on the arm developed four months ago, and it still persists. Are all the symptoms related to HIV?

What could be the possible reasons for my symptoms? I have had those symptoms for the last five months. Now, I have been having lower back pain, too, for the last two weeks. I have been having pain in the left shoulder area, and it really irritates me. I did an HIV 1 DNA detection qualitative test within four months of exposure, an HIV 2 RNA (ribonucleic acid) detection PCR (polymerase chain reaction) qualitative in four months and seven days, an HIV 1 RNA detection qualitative PCR in four and half months, HIV 1 viral load by Taqman RT PCR in four and half months. All reports came out, and the target was not detected. Also, I did a rapid antibody test this month, which was also negative. But I am still having the symptoms. What to do?

I did not have anxiety before the symptoms appeared. After those symptoms, I visited the doctor, and after a physical examination of my penis rash, white tongue, and skin rashes, I was given Doxycycline initially. After taking Doxycycline, my symptoms persisted. Then he prescribed me antifungal and anti-parasite medications. Even after taking those medicines, new symptoms are being added with each passing day.

1. Is my tongue normal as per the image?
2. After how many days of exposure to HIV do two qualitative PCR tests give a confirmed result?
3. Actually, there is no testing center in my city for 4th-generation and PCR tests. So, a sample is being sent from my city to another, which takes about 15 hours to reach its destination. Then, the sample is sent to the actual center, which takes about three days. Is there any possibility of the sample getting damaged and giving false negative results in this situation?
4. Is this glans rash normal, as it has not healed for five months?

2. I am confused, as some say PCR gives accurate results if done after 90 days. Is a PCR test report done after 90 days non-reliable?
