Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 29-year-old female. I am currently planning to have a baby. After a few days of my last period cycle, I found that I am bleeding again. It is a small amount of blood but there is a bleed until today. The bleeding will get worse if I do house chores or when I lift heavy things. It happened once in the last few months and I went to see a doctor. The doctor said it was normal and maybe I work in a stressful environment. I admit that I had been working so hard and I am very stressed. But now, I had quit my old job and started working in a new place. What to do?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

This could be because of hormonal changes due to stress and strain, anxiety, and work pressure. Just see how will your periods be this time. If the bleeding continues, then get a pelvic scan done to rule out the exact cause. I also suggest you take a Folic acid supplement as it is a prenatal vitamin and will help you in conception.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.

Hope it helps.

Thanks and regards.
