I started taking tablet Progesterone one month ago. In the meantime, I have also been taking Itraconazole medication. I had sex a week ago, and we used a condom too, which did not break. So I stopped the pill after four days. I had little bleeding for a few days after, and for 2 to 3 days, I had to wear a panty liner because the bleeding was not very light. After that, I have been spotting on and off lighter. Later I took a urine pregnancy test, and the results were negative. But I am still worried if I can get pregnant and the bleeding is a sign of implantation. Please help.

But as you missed your period, it could be anovulatory cycle due to hormonal changes or due to pregnancy if the precum contains sperm. If pregnancy is not there, it could be due to hormonal imbalance, and you can wait and watch for your menstruation or take Progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
