Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My boyfriend fingered me three days back, which was very rough. He had fingered me before, and nothing had happened, but he tried to fit three fingers this time. I was feeling good initially, and nothing happened, but after an hour, when I went to the bathroom, my underwear was soaked with blood. The next day I wore a tampon, and it was completely soaked. There has still been a heavy flow of blood, and it has been a couple of days. I do not know if this is my period, but I had my period a week ago. I have not informed my parents and cannot consult a doctor. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query, and I can understand your concern.

If the bleeding is bright red, you must consult a doctor to find the cause of fresh bleeding. If the bleeding is decreasing gradually, then you need not worry. Do not masturbate or finger your vagina for two months at least. Avoid using tampons and consider simple pads, as you can change them more frequently. I suggest you take Ethamsylate-like tablets which can decrease some bleeding. The cause for your condition might be a rupture of the hymen. When more blood is supplied to the hymen, the bleeding continues for a long. If bleeding is heavy and fresh, then consult a gynecologist immediately. You may require some minor operation or stitch though there is less chance of it. Do drink more water and follow the natural method of sex. To Increase the foreplay duration during sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive ten to fifteen min of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be in a relaxed manner. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way you do not ejaculate and enjoy. You can try relaxing music or delay condoms. Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race; a longer duration does not mean your partner is happy. Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner an orgasm or climax.

I hope this will help you.

Thank you.
