Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com. I went through your issues and images (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Further details about symptoms will be needed. 1. Do you get recurrent headaches and heaviness of head? 2. Any running nose sneezing or nasal block? 3. Any pain in the teeth or tooth problems? 4. Do you have cough? Is the phlem coughed out or it comes by itself? 5. Do you have any fever?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

Phlegm is coughed out, and sometimes heaviness of the head, no tooth problems but have done filling and no fever, please provide my medicines for it. First I went to (ear nose and throat) ENT he used to give me antihistamines, but nothing happened for six months now. I went to a physician he said you have water brash but still the same condition. Please provide medicine.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com. Possibilities in your case are chronic sinusitis, allergy, and acid reflux.1. Do you have any allergies? Any running nose or wheezing? 2.Any throat irritation or burning in the stomach or chest? Kindly get the following investigations done, 1.Chest X-ray (posteroanterior) PA view. 2.CBC (complete blood count) and ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), absolute eosinophil count, RBS (random blood sugar) and serum IgE. 3. Sputum acid-fast bacilli (AFB) smears for two days. You may take the following medications. 1.Tablet Acebrofact Lm one at night after food for seven days. You may feel slight sleepiness or lethargy with this. 2.Tablet PAN D one tablet in the morning before food for seven days. Avoid spicy and fried food items. Have meals on time. Have a gap of two hours between night dinner and sleeping. Take steam inhalation twice a day.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
