Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My height is 5.2 feet, my weight is 160 lbs, and I have been having dizziness for the last two days. Today I checked my blood pressure. It was 160/120 mmHg, and my blood sugar was low.
Kindly suggest.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You must immediately eat something sweet or sugary, preferably chocolate or sugar. Then we need to get some tests done to identify the cause of hypertension at your age. I would suggest you get an ultrasound of the whole abdomen on an empty stomach first thing tomorrow. We want to ensure that your kidneys and pancreas are in good shape. Also, please give me more details of your history as you have mentioned very little about your complaints, so that we can promptly identify the cause which I must stress is very important to sort out as soon as possible. Also, please tell me if you have a family history of any chronic disease. I hope you find this helpful.
Thank you.
