Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been suffering from a high fever, body ache and headache since yesterday. My fever dropped in the evening to 102 degrees Fahrenheit after taking the tablet of Paracetamol. Later, the temperature shoots up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, I have shivering and vomiting. My body temperature is still the same.

Do I have influenza? How to tackle this condition?
