This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am experiencing insomnia for the past two years or from last year may be. Things are like I can not sleep for around 7 to 8 days or sometimes more but after these few days, l fall asleep. And after a few days, the same scenario gets repeated. Is that normal? I mean is this normal or hazardous I am feeling that my overall learning power got hampered and I am getting dumb day by day. Previously, I was also taking spills for my restlessness and nervousness as I was depressed and got anxious and stressed. I have also done CBC, ECG, and thyroid test.

Thank you.
