Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. It may be inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or other types of arthritis. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Check CBC (complete blood count), ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), CRP (C-reactive protein), Anti CCP (cyclic citrullinated peptide), HLA B27 (human leukocyte antigen), and serum uric acid levels.
  2. Take an X-ray of both hands, AP (anteroposterior) view.
  3. Take a tablet of Indomethacin (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) 25 mg after food.
  4. Take a tablet of Rabeprazole (antacid) 20 mg twice daily for ten days before food.
  5. Take a tablet of Shelcal (calcium) 500 mg once daily for 30 days before food.
  6. Take a tablet of Vitamin D once daily for ten days, then once a month for 11 months. Take these tablets only if you are not allergic to them.
  7. Also, do not take these tablets if you are a known case of bronchial asthma.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them and take medications with their consent.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
