Thanks for sharing the picture (attachment removed to protect patient identity). It looks like a milium (plural milia), which is a tiny keratin cyst, usually seen on the face around eyes, but can sometimes be seen on lips as well. I thought they can subside on their own and are completely harmless but it might take a few weeks to months. Definitive treatment is to remove them. Extirpation with a sterile needle or radio frequently cautery is all that usually require.
