What could be the reason for frustration without any reason?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 25-year-old working professional. Without any problem, I always feel lonely and want to cry. I am also bored with my daily routine. I always wanted to go out and then once I come back I am again having the same feeling.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Either you were frustrated or did not like what you are doing in your daily routine or you are worried about something you do not want from your life. If you analyze yourself you may figure out the reason why you were not satisfied and happy as you used to do before. When you find out the reason you may start working on it. I wanted to know the detailed history. So that I can suggest you best treatment option or consult a specialist.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
