Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

I request you share a picture of the affected area. If there was unprotected sex, then it may be due to sexually transmitted infections. I suggest you do the following tests.

1. TPHA (Treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay).

2. Human papilloma virus DNA PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test.

3. Herpes simplex virus (HSV1) IgM serum test.

4. Chlamydia trachomatis IgG antibody test.

5. HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) screening test.

6. Hepatitis B surface antigen test.

7. Urine complete analysis.

If it is not a sexually transmitted disease, it can be a bacterial infection. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below in case of a bacterial infection.

1. Use an antibiotic ointment for local application.

2. Take a tablet of Doxycycline (tetracycline) 100 milligrams twice daily for five days.

3, Use a good antifungal ointment in case of itching.

4. Maintain the hygiene of your private parts by using lukewarm water and no soap.

Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
