Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have hard bumps between my leg and vagina (closer to my vagina). They are under the skin and I cannot see them I can only feel them. They have spread between my leg and hip. They did not hurt before but they are a bit tender now and I have had them for a very long time maybe ten years. Should i be concerned about this?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

As per your description, this is looking like you are talking about inguinal lymph nodes. These lymph nodes are normally present in all females and males, and they are easily palpable and these could be mild pain when we press them. But if there is severe pain or induration over the nodes then you should consult a nearby surgeon so he can examine and guide you properly.

I hope this information helps you.

Thank you.
