I have a 0.08 inch endobronchial nodule in the right lower lobe. I was a smoker for 20 years. I had a computed tomography (CT) scan for cough and now new nodule. Is this cancer?

Welcome back to icliniq.com. For the last five months, the size is 2 mm. So, the probability of it being benign is very high. To confirm that, we have to take a biopsy. But for such a small nodule it is not needed at present. It may be due to an infection also. Thank you.
