Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your query and have viewed the image (attachment removed to protect patient identity). I can see a cluster of bumps. This could be either lymphangioma circumscriptum or an eczematous condition. Can you provide the following details:

1. Are these bumps solid, or do they have fluid in them?

2. Do you have any associated symptoms like itching?

I request you upload a few more good-quality close-up images.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

There is no itching or fluid inside. It is only on my hand and nowhere else. I feel uncomfortable wearing a half-sleeve shirt.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is lymphangioma circumscriptum. I suggest removal either with LASER or with electrosurgery.

Thank you.
