1) Apply a cream containing an antibiotic, preferably containing a healing substance. There is a tube called ENZOMAC (containing antibiotic mupirocin and healing agent bromelain) or you may use SOFINOX cream (containing antibiotic fusidic acid and healing agents). Apply any one of them twice a day for 7-10 days.
\n2) If the above mentioned tubes are not available, then you may use separate antibiotic cream twice a day and a healing cream twice a day, example: T-BACT (containing antibiotic mupirocin) cream/ointment or NADIBACT (containing antibiotic nadifloxacin) cream/gel twice a day as the antibiotic and for healing - PLACENTREX gel can be applied one hour after applying either of the above mentioned antibiotic creams.
\n3) Avoid using a medicated soap or face wash and also avoid a scrub. Wash the scratched area with a mild moisturising soap or baby soap.
\n4) Keep that area completely protected from sun exposure. Preferably apply a sunscreen lotion with SPF of at least 30, two times a day on the entire face and other affected areas. First coat of sunscreen should be applied half hour before anticipated exposure and second coat after 4-5 hours.
\n5) Just in case if your scratches are deep, you should take oral vitamin C 500mg twice a day for 10 days (CELIN 500 or LIMCEE 500) and a zinc containing multivitamin capsule once a day (ZINCOVIT or BECOSULE-Z)
I hope this helps you. Though I would still prefer to look at the skin condition through posting picture or video conference. Consult a dermatologist online --> https://www.icliniq.com/ask-a-doctor-online/dermatologist
