Can drinking on Adderall and Wellbutrin cause memory loss?

Hello doctor,

Is it possible for a heavy drinker who is taking Adderall and Wellbutrin to drink alcohol along with the medications, then be involved in an incident shortly after, and later claim memory loss or false memories of what happened, even though they appeared sober at the time?
