Hi doctor,

I think I might have anger issues. Sometimes, I am extremely happy and then the anger just takes control. It is not always bad. Sometimes I get so happy and I have more energy to do things and I am more social than ever, which is weird because I am homeschooled because of my social anxiety. I get so angry that I sort of feel empty and then I do not feel guilty about whatever I do. I want to hurt someone or myself. I yell and I lash out at my loved ones. I have even killed two of my cats out of rage. And then I laughed about it. I watched them as their legs kicked and watch them bleed out. I have cut myself and burned myself. Most of the time, I have only self-harmed myself because I felt so sad, and hurting myself was like snapping me out of the sadness. I am constantly fighting with myself. I take the tablet Alprazolam for pain. I want help.

You may have a borderline personality disorder. It is a type of personality or nature. You may have a chronic feeling of emptiness, emotional outbursts, self-harming behavior, and overwhelming behavior. You mostly feel that no one understands you in this world. You should eat healthy home-cooked foods, and avoid junk foods.

You should spend quality time with friends and family daily or do video calls if you are living away from your family.

You should spend time on creative hobbies like reading good books, writing journals, painting, drawing, and learning new skills or language or musical instruments.

You should take seven to eight hours of sleep daily.

You must avoid tobacco or alcohol or any substance abuse.

Live your life, do not just spend it.

Be bold and confident.
