I am a 29-year-old unmarried woman, and I have been dealing with overwhelming stress, anxiety, and just a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. I am not able to overcome it and it is affecting my mental health. I have heard about music therapy and its potential benefits for mental well-being, and I am willing to try anything at this point. I am desperate to gain some relief, and if there is a chance that music can help me feel better, I am willing to give it a try. How does it work, and can it really make a significant impact on mental well-being? Please, help me understand how I can incorporate this into my life for the sake of my mental health.

  1. You should exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes, such as going for a walk.

  2. You should practice meditation for 20 minutes daily. Just sit in one place in a comfortable position and try to concentrate on your normal breathing. Do not stop or force yourself to stop your thoughts; Just let it be.

  3. You should eat healthy, home-cooked foods and avoid junk foods.

  4. You must drink enough water.

  5. You should spend quality time with friends and family members daily.

  6. You should spend time doing creative hobbies like reading good books, writing journals, painting, drawing, and learning new skills, language, or musical instruments.

  7. You should aim for seven to eight hours of sleep daily.

  8. You must avoid tobacco usage, alcohol consumption, or any type of substance abuse.

Live your life. Do not just spend it. Be bold and confident.
