Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Is the nootropic supplement Adrafinil dangerous in low doses? If I take Adrafinil 50 mg, what could happen? Could anything severe with side effects occur?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It is not an FDA or The United States Food and Drug Administration approved drug. It is illegal to use to enhance your performance. If a person takes a higher dose without supervision, the patient may have weight loss, palpitation, or seizure in some cases. Please do not take it without your doctor's advise. There are many excellent and FDA-approved medications for it. I hope that you get your answer.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for replying.

What about 10 mg of the drug? I have Narcolepsy. So is this a dangerous drug to use?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can take tablet Armodafinil (Modafinil) instead of tablet Adrafinil. It is FDA approved, and you should take it under your psychiatrist's supervision. These drugs are highly addictive and have side effects that need to be monitored by your psychiatrist.

I hope that you get my point.

Please let me know if you want some help.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
