Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 18 years old. I had unprotected sex near the end of my period. We used the withdrawal method. Everything seemed fine. I did not get any symptoms of early pregnancy because I did end up getting my period. However, I am still feeling very tired. Sometimes nauseous now and then. It is hard to focus on tasks as well. I think my problem is that I am not eating enough. I want to know if the symptoms of fatigue and nausea are caused by not eating enough or if they could be something related to my menstrual cycle.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Have a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.
  2. Drink plenty of water.
  3. Practice exercise, walking, and yoga to have a normal BMI and weight.
  4. If the pregnancy test comes negative I can have one complete blood count to check your hemoglobin.
  5. Better to avoid unnecessary medications.
  6. Have recreational activities and try to avoid recreational drugs.
  7. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
