Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 17 years old. I am suffering from this nightfall problem and do not know why. While I am sleeping, sex dreams come to my mind, and automatically something jelly comes out from my body. As a result, I feel very weak. Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. The issue you are experiencing is common and related to hormonal changes during adolescence. Nightfall, or nocturnal emissions, is a natural process that occurs as a means of releasing accumulated semen in the absence of sexual activity. As you reach the adolescent stage, your body begins producing semen, and if it is not released through sexual activity, it may be expelled during sleep. This is a normal occurrence and does not indicate any health problems. Once you become sexually active in the future, this issue is likely to resolve on its own. Please let me know if you have any further questions or need assistance.

Regards.
