Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My SGOT level is 150, and I have non-alcoholic fatty liver, hyperacidity, and am overweight. In addition, my left side knee is painful. I have only taken Himalaya banana tablets previously. Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Do not worry.

1. Avoid oily, spicy, and non-vegetarian foods for a few months.

2. Take more salads and fruits.

3. Take Aloe Vera juice on an empty stomach for three months in the morning.

4. Take syrup Aimil Amlycure D.S. (eclipta alba, phyllanthus emblica) 10 ml twice a day for six weeks and a capsule of Pan-D (proton pump inhibitor) on an empty stomach for three weeks.

5. Do some relaxation exercises and go for walks regularly to improve digestion and burn calories to reduce weight.

6. Recheck liver function and follow-up after six weeks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
