Hello doctor,
I have been trying to lose weight and have been very strict with tracking my daily calorie intake and the calories I burn, including during exercise. On average, I am burning 500 to 1000 calories more than I consume each day. However, I have not noticed any weight loss over the past month despite maintaining this routine.
