I have been reading about ovarian cancer and wondering about the role of Pap tests (Papanicolaou test) in its detection. Can you clarify if Pap tests are effective in identifying ovarian cancer, or are they mainly for detecting cervical issues? Also, are there specific symptoms or signs of ovarian cancer that women should be aware of? I am trying to understand more about preventive measures and early detection methods for ovarian cancer. Abdominal: Fullness, fluid, or lump in the abdomen.
