Hello doctor,
I have a cyst in my ovary, but I do not have pain or other symptoms. My cancer antigen 125 (CA 125) test result is 211.5. The doctor suggested me to take a Lupride Depot injection. However, I have to undergo surgery after three months. Will this injection reduce my cyst? Is it possible for me to get pregnant after taking this injection? Is surgery necessary? I am trying to get pregnant. Please help me.

This injection increases the follicle size, so there are chances of getting pregnant. If not possible, cyst removal surgery will increase the chances of pregnancy.
