Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 32-year-old male. For the past two days, towards the end of urination the head of my penis pains while passing urine. After two or three days it feels painful to press the head of my penis. There is no visible lump or growth on the surface of the skin at all. It feels like something fixed or stationary under my skin, and the size of no more than a small pimple. What is it?
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
Current symptoms seem to be due to urinary tract infections (cystitis, urethritis). This may be due to
Less consumption of water.
Vigorous masturbation or sexual activities.
A small pimple may be due to some local infection at that site.
I would like to know the following information:
Are you sexually active?
Any unprotected intercourse with the unknown person?
Masturbation?
Reply with details. It will help to advise you properly. Meanwhile, I advise you to do the following:
Take plenty of water daily.
Clean your penis with soap and water regularly.
Take tablet Zerodol SP (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase) (analgesic and proteolytic enzyme) twice a day for five days..
Take tablet Levamac 250 twice a day for five days.
Syrup Citralka 15 ml in 200 ml of water, thrice a day for five days.
Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
