Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My penis size is 5 inches during an erect stage. My wife is not satisfied with my penis size. Now I plan to use a penis vacuum pump with penis enlargement gel. Will both effectively increase the blood flow to the penis and penis length and girth? If it is possible, when should I apply penis enlargement gel? Before or after the pump? I do not have any disease like blood pressure.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Forgive me for saying the penis enlargement pump and gel will not work for you. They even do not work for youngsters. Vacuum pumps draw blood into the penis, making it swell, they are sometimes used to treat erectile dysfunction, not for enlargement of the penis. A vacuum pump can make a penis look larger temporarily. But using one too often or too long can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to less firm erections. All the techniques mentioned do not have any effect except surgery. Do not waste money on these products. A 5-inch erect penis is more than enough to satisfy your wife. How to satisfy her? I suggest online counseling to provide you with answers.

Take care.
