Since you are diabetic, you may experience frequent infections. Do you feel pain while retracting the foreskin? Is there any discharge from the foreskin? I will give you some suggestions.

1. Strict control of diabetes is needed.
2. Start Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic acid tablets twice daily after some food.
3. Start Enzoflam (Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase) tablet twice daily after some food.
4. Apply a cream containing Clotrimazole and Beclometasone thrice daily.
5. Apply Betadine (Povidone iodine) ointment thrice daily. All for five days.
