Hello doctor,

I have had plantar fascitis for the last year. My heal is swollen, paining so much, and I am unable to walk correctly.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

This is a condition in which the fascia or the tissue at the heel is inflamed with pain in the morning.

Kindly take the following medications;

1) Tablet Peroxicam 20 mg once daily at night for ten days.

2) Tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily at night before dinner for ten days.

3) Tablet Shelcal (Calcium and Vitamin D3) once daily in the morning before breakfast for 30 days.

4) Tablet D-Shine (Cholecalciferol) for one month.

5) Use Dolonex (Piroxicam) ointment.

6) Wear soft shoes.

7) Do calf stretching exercise.

Regards.

Probable diagnosis

Plantar fasciitis.
