Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

The good news is that post-pill PCOS/PMOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome/polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome ) can be reversed with the right approach. Since your periods are irregular and your weight is stuck, your focus should be on balancing hormones, improving insulin sensitivity, and supporting ovulation naturally.

Steps to reverse post-pill PCOS/PMOS-

1. Regulate your hormones naturally-

Support ovulation: Take Myo-Inositol (2000 to 4000 mg per day) and D-Chiro-Inositol to improve egg quality and restore ovulation.

Balance androgens: Supplements like spearmint tea, zinc, and omega-3 can help lower excess male hormones.

2. Fix your periods-

Seed cycling: Flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds (first half of cycle), and sesame and sunflower seeds (second half) can help regulate hormones.

Vitex (chasteberry): Can support progesterone levels and cycle regularity, but avoid if you have high prolactin.

3. Improve insulin sensitivity to lose weight-

Follow a low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory diet (avoid sugar, processed carbs, dairy, and seed oils). Intermittent fasting (12 to 14 hours fasting window) can improve insulin function. Strength training and walking daily help improve metabolism and hormonal balance.

4. Support your gut and liver-

Probiotics (fermented foods, yogurt) support gut health, which affects hormone balance. Dandelion root tea and NAC (N-acetylcysteine) help detox excess hormones.

When to see a doctor?

  1. If your period does not return within three to six months.

  2. If you have severe acne, hair loss, or excess facial hair.

  3. If you suspect thyroid issues or insulin resistance.

Since you are concerned about fertility, starting these steps early will help restore ovulation naturally. Have you recently had any hormonal tests like LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone), testosterone, or insulin levels?

I hope this helps.

Kindly follow up if you have more concerns.

Thank you.
