Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 27-year-old male. I started my first sexual relationship some months before, and I found that I had some sexual problems. In my first intercourse, I could not maintain an erection. The second time, I maintained an erection, but premature ejaculation occurred after 15 seconds of penetration. If I get an erection during intercourse, I put on a condom that time, and the penis goes normal. I was a bit scared and anxious about the situation at the time of intercourse. I did not get the sexual desire. And during my last intercourse, premature ejaculation occurred. I had lots of pain in my muscles and back, dizziness, and sleepiness for around 5 to 7 hours. When I do masturbation, I can maintain my ejaculation for about 5 to 8 minutes. Is that a problem in my body, or does it happens due to my anxiety?

Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

If you have a normal erection in the morning, then there is no biological problem. However, you are probably unable to perform due to anxiety. Therefore, please indulge in adequate foreplay with your partner. If you are still unable to maintain an adequate erection and ejaculate early, then try the tablet Tadafil 5 mg. The tablet is to be taken one hour before intercourse. Please do not take more than one tablet in a day.

Thank you.
