Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Can a girl become pregnant without penetration and ejaculation inside the vagina?

I hugged my girlfriend; I had a pre-ejaculate spot on my pants. I am not sure whether it touched her or not. We both were completely dressed. We did not have sexual intercourse; we did not remove our clothes. I wore pants and a shirt, and she had long kurta leggings.

Her period came on after four days after his expected period date. Bleeding was there on both days, then stopped, then again came after two days. Total three days periods. She usually used to have tiredness and leg pain during periods.

Yesterday onwards, she had the same tiredness and leg pain, so I am really worried about her.

1. Can a girl become pregnant without penetration and ejaculation inside the vagina?

2. Can pre-ejaculate pass through clothes and get into her vagina?

3. Can this three days period be enough to rule out the chance of pregnancy?

4. How can this tiredness and leg pain cure?

5. Is there any way to cure the hormonal imbalance?

A lot of things are given on the Internet, that is why we are really worried. Please provide your valuable suggestions.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The chances of pregnancy in your case are negligible.

1. yes, a girl can become pregnant without intercourse if she is massaged with a pre cum smeared finger or fingered with precum-smeared fingers. Pre cum has live sperms.

2. Pre-ejaculate can wet the clothes, but the sperm get denatured when they come in contact with fomites like clothes and linen.

3. Periods do not confirm or rule out pregnancy. If you wish to rule out pregnancy for her, she should get a serum beta hCG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) test to rule out pregnancy conclusively. If the human chorionic gonadotropin levels are less than 5mIU, then she is not pregnant.

4. Tiredness could be part of premenstrual syndrome and can be controlled with painkillers and NSAIDs.

5. Hormonal imbalance can be cured, but it needs to be investigated and diagnosed first.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

We did not do any fingering, and we did not remove clothes. We just hugged. Just pre-ejaculate came on my pants, and we hugged each other she was also wearing a dress. Any chance of pregnancy?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to iclinioq.com.

No, there is no chance of pregnancy as the pre-ejaculate would need to reach the vagina for sperms to enact their function, but as she was also wearing clothes, it is unlikely. So there are no chances of pregnancy.

Thank you.
