Pregabalin is a medicine used to treat epilepsy, fibromyalgia, pain caused by nerve damage, and in generalized anxiety disorder. It is commercially available in capsule, solution, and extended-release tablet. It is a gabapentinoid, and its mode of action is by blocking specific calcium channels.
