Can pregnancy occur from rubbing genitals with used condom?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 19 years old. My girlfriend and I stayed nude at a time and rubbed each other's organs using a condom. She is a virgin. I was able to eject my penis into her vagina just a little bit, and I used to masturbate later, and without washing it, I turned up the condom to the other side and used it again for the second time after about twenty minutes.

And I did it about two times where there could be some little ejaculate on the condom surface, and it might touched her vagina too. But yet she is a virgin. And after a month (now), she told me that her lower stomach aches, and she usually urinates too. And even she assumes that her lower stomach is showing up (I do not think so).

Doctor, please, I need a reason or an answer on why or how this could happen. Could it happen?

And in case of pregnancy, what can I do to prevent it, and what is the safest way since our parents do not know about our affair? So a safe and easy way would be worth it now, doctor.

I hope you will show your heart's sincere concern.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As you described, I see very negligible chances of pregnancy in your case. Symptoms that your girlfriend is experiencing might be due to premenstrual symptoms. You can continue using condoms but, of course, a new condom for each act, or you can use birth control pills to prevent pregnancy.

I hope this helps.

Regards.
