How can a 30-year-old male overcome premature ejaculation to have a healthy sex life?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am thirty years old suffering from premature ejaculation for the last six to seven years.

Last year I got treatment for the cure of the same issue after taking medicines for a few days. The problem was controlled for a few days but as I stopped taking those medicines, premature ejaculation affected me once again. I am unable to perform my sexual activities and I am unable to satisfy my partner. This problem has affected me mentally. Most of the time I remain depressed because of my early ejaculation. Whenever we met and we started foreplay I ejaculated which disappointed my partner too. Please provide proper medications. I have spent a lot of money but the problem is still incurable. Medicines that I was taking:-

  1. Fludac 20 milligrams.
  2. Clonil 10 milligrams.
  3. Ed save 5 milligrams.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Premature ejaculation can be long standing especially if it is of primary type, that is from the beginning of sex life. You may have to be on medication and also exercise like kegel and gomukhasana can be done daily to achieve better control. There is no extra benefit to being on daily medicines, so tablets taken on a need basis will be better. I would suggest you to take Dapoxetine (Duralast or dastura or kutub) 30 milligrams to be taken one hour before sex only on days of sex. Also, you can use desensitizing sprays like Stud or Vigore Lido 10 minutes before sex on the tip of the penis to improve timing. It is a safe option and can be used regularly, also include dry fruits like kishmish and figs in your diet. Try to do yoga and daily exercise to stay stress-free.

Thank you for consulting me.
