Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 36 years old. I weigh about 106 kg, and my height is 5.8 feet. I am going to be married soon. I have been masturbating since I was 15. Now, I have the problem of quick release. I get an erection and get discharged within 20 seconds. I am very much worried and depressed due to this problem. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Congratulations on your marriage.

I can understand your concern. First of all, your problem of premature ejaculation is completely psychological. I suspect, because of your obesity, you may be low on confidence and may have certain insecurities and apprehensions about your sex life. I assure you will not have a problem when you marry, if you carry out these few steps daily.

1. Remove all insecurities about yourself from your mind.

2. Meditate daily.

3. Repeat positive affirmations daily.

4. When you masturbate next time, try to slightly increase your time by a few seconds. For eg. If your current limit is 20 seconds, try to get to 25 seconds the next time, then try to get to 30 seconds after a few days. Take it slowly. Be confident.

5. Remove insecurities about women's expectations, as if you really love your partner, your sex life would be amazing, inspite of your weight or your body, or your size, etc.

I hope this helps.

The Probable causes

Obesity. Insecurities about their own physique.

Regarding follow up
