What are the ways to treat to treat premature ejaculation?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am suffering from premature ejaculation for the last four years. I cannot hold for more than five to ten seconds. I believe this has been happening due to excessive masturbation since a very young age. Also lately after masturbating, I seem to be experiencing nerve-related issues like numbness in my legs and especially during winter I face numbness in the head region.

Please advise.
