How to manage premature ejaculation and small penis?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am an average build man, but my penis is weak and small. Also, my sex time is short. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

There are many reasons for premature ejaculation (which occurs in men when semen leaves the body (ejaculate) sooner than wanted during sex). It could be due to stressful work such as night duties and 24-hour jobs. Underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid affect it. It also affects individuals on long-term medication related to hypertension, anti-psychiatric medications, obesity, and lack of exercise. Watching excessive pornography and masturbating frequently. Receiving less foreplay from a partner or lack of knowledge regarding foreplay, female masturbation, and having an affair that gives you a guilty feeling are all potential causes.

Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and thyroid hormones under control will help you. You must check FBS (fasting blood sugar) and PPBS (post-prandial blood sugar) to rule out diabetes. Also, BP (blood pressure) and thyroid levels need to be checked. You can use tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30 mg as a temporary solution.

I suggest you increase the foreplay duration during se. Women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive 10 to 15 minutes of foreplay for good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be in a relaxed manner. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way you do not ejaculate and enjoy. You can try playing relaxing music during intercourse. Delay condoms can help you.

Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race, and duration does not mean your partner is happy. Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner orgasm and climax. The average penis length varies from 2.5 to 4 inches when flaccid to 4.5 to 6.5 inches when erect. Studies recommended flaccid penis length of fewer than 1.6 inches or an erect penis of fewer than 3 inches should be considered for treatment. Longer sizes would not make females happy, and it would cause discomfort in them. Like glans, the penis is sensitive for males, and the female sensation will be in the outer part. A bigger penis or small penis does not affect making a female happy.

The male gets an erotic sensation in the glans penis, and the other parts (shaft) of the penis will not get an erotic stimulus. The only best method for increasing size is surgical liposuction around the pubic bone, skin graft, injecting fat into the penis, or injection of Hyaluronic acid (HA) into the penis. Inflatable penile prosthetics are helpful if the size is less than 3 inches.

Other methods to increase size have a very low chance of improvement. You can also try Jelqing exercises (an exercise method is a natural way to increase the size of the penis). A rolling motion should be used to move blood up to your penis's head and stretch it out like you are milking it. It is a safe method but can cause pain, irritation, or scar tissue formation if you do it too often or aggressively.

Secondly, you can try the stretching method. In this method, a stretcher or extender device is attached to the penis traction device to exert gentle tension. You can use a penis enlargement pump once a morning or before a bath. Vacuum pumps draw blood into the penis, making it swell. They are used for treating erectile dysfunction. The vacuum pump can make a penis look larger temporarily.

But using one too often or too long can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to fewer firm erections. You can also use Aljins 69 (essential oils and natural herbs) massage oil once daily by massaging (except the glans penis) before bath for three months.

I hope that you get your answer.

Please let me know if you need any help.

Thank you.
